My name is Steven and I’m a Google Certified Partner. I felt good just to write this. Here’s a little story for you.

A few months ago I was minding my own business when an opportunity knocked at my door. I took a training, passed all my course and because an official Google Certified Partner. I didn’t think much of it at first because I’m that kind of nerd will spend 100 hours working on something just because I want to figure it out.

I had heard about people using Ad Words to advertise before and when I even tried it one of my websites in the past but I didn’t think much of it because I didn’t know what I was doing and ended up wasting my money.

My first experience with Google AdWords went like this. I logged on my MaxBounty account and chose one ad. It was a great ad for a product I use to backup my files. Although I didn’t know what I was doing I still went for a product that I believed in. The concept was simple. If someone clicked on my ad on Google and paid for the service, then I would get a commission for it.

I spend $200 in Google Ads, did put a daily limit and used some lousy keywords and forgot about it. A few days later I came back to my ad for for this product. I had a few clicks and my Google AdWords account was down to $5.41 dollars and I had made 0$ in commission.

I Was Pissed!! 

Not only was I pissed. I literally felt robbed. So many people were talking about making money only and how easy it was and so on and so on. All you needed was a great product and some traffic. Yeah right!!

I learned the hard way, got traumatized and went back to making websites. That was years ago and a lot changed since. Before making a single dollar online I had to learn search engine optimization (SEO), improve  my marketing skills and learn more about Ad Networks like Maxbounty so I could succeed in promoting different products.

Everything was going well but we all know that not much is possible online these days without using Google directly or indirectly. The last obstacle for me to be able to successfully promote online using paid ads was to understand how to use Google AdWords effectively.

I’m proud to say that I’ve overcame this obstacle by becoming a certified Google Partner and it shows in the results that I get online for my clients when I run ads for them on the Google Network.

I don’t know if I will be teaching this here because I spent over 100 hours (evening and weekends) on this but I just wanted to let you know that I’m available to help you setup your first ads on Google (the number one website ever visited).
